Book a table
Guests choose Bar & Grill or Bottomless Brunch, the party size, a day from a strip of dates and a time within food-serving hours, with space for dietary or access needs. The restaurant emails when the table is confirmed, so bookings can come in at any hour without a phone call.

Order for collection or delivery
The whole takeaway menu in sections, with an Add button on every dish, for collection or delivery within 3.5 miles (the postcode is checked at checkout). Orders go straight to Plantation’s own kitchen, and the restaurant says its prices here are 10% lower than on the delivery apps.

Pay online, follow the order
Customers pay by card at checkout, including Apple Pay, or with cash when they collect or when it is delivered. Once the kitchen accepts the order they get an email with the time it will be ready, and their order page updates itself as the food is prepared and sent out.

Accounts and Plantation Rewards
An optional account gives regulars faster checkout, saved addresses and their order and booking history, plus Plantation Rewards: a stamp for each qualifying food order, and five stamps earn a free delivery. Nobody needs an account to order or book.

Venue hire enquiries
A page for christenings, birthdays, weddings and work dos sets out the two rooms, the buffets made to order and how booking works, with an enquiry form near the foot. The form asks the occasion, the room, the date, roughly how many guests and whether they would like a buffet or a DJ, so the first message already carries what the restaurant needs to reply.
